By using GetSecureStack, you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by an individual doing business as GetSecureStack, based in Oklahoma.
2. Description of Service
GetSecureStack provides AI-powered tools for generating security compliance policy documents and analyzing vulnerability reports.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All content generated by GetSecureStack is produced by artificial intelligence and is for informational purposes only. It is not legal, regulatory, or professional security advice. It should be reviewed by a qualified professional before implementation.
GetSecureStack does not guarantee compliance with any regulatory framework.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to:
- Generate deceptive content
- Reverse-engineer the platform
- Share account credentials
- Upload malicious files
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are monthly and auto-renew. You may cancel anytime from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months. Payments are processed by Stripe.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Contact getsecurestack@gmail.com within 30 days if you believe you were charged in error.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of uploaded data. GetSecureStack retains no ownership over AI-generated output delivered to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
GetSecureStack is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 30 days.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Oklahoma law. Disputes shall be resolved in Washington County, Oklahoma courts.
